QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) QUALITY CONTROL (QC) We are committed to operate within accepted QA/Qc plans and procedures, but subject to continuous review until the demands of the projects are met. The requirement of our QA/QC plans and procedures shall be in line with terms and conditions of the contract and best practices. This shall be used to deliver quality work and render satisfactory service.

We are attuned to our policy to ensure that all equipment, materials, manpower, and services will be procured and sourced locally, that is, within our country of operation to achieve the 45% and 70% local content targets as espoused in the 2006 and 2010 protocols respectively. We are, therefore, committed, through our deliberate policy, to develop our workforce in capacity building, technology transfer, and mentorship, achieved via our increasing physical operational presence and investment in Nigeria or any country of operation. We are, as well, committed to develop the Nigerian contractor and supplier and implement various innovations, to engender and further promote the Nigeria Local Content Policy.

DFECNL is safety conscious and compliance is our cardinal principle to avoid and prevent accidents/injuries in all our operations, projects as well as protecting the environment. We are determined to undertake all activities professionally, observing all safety precautions and procedures to the letter. All our projects are executed in such a manner as to: Avoid and prevent any form of injury to our personnel, sub contractors and any other entity involved in any of our operations. Ensure that the environment is protected from damage oil spills and gas leakage as well as the protection of marine and land life. Ensure security of our entire workforce, third parties, equipment and property. Minimize the impact of our operation to the environment.

All operations of DFECNL shall be planned and executed with minimal impact to the environment in which we work. Prior to commencement of any project, detailed Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) shall be carried out, and control measures put in place in order not to damage the environment and/or exacerbate existing solutions. DFECNL is out to promote and encourage plans, activities and programmes aimed at environmental preservation and protection. Our Personnel shall be under strict instruction to pay appropriate attention to the environment while carrying out any activity. All wastes generated in the course of our operations shall be collected, treated and disposed properly at designated places. The Maxim: The Environment is our common home, we must protect it’, will be observed to the letter.
